TIR forms a pioneering partnership with American based L3 MPRI to bring the first ever simulator based LGV driver training to the UK.

TIR secures its fourth regional contract under the Train to Gain scheme for the North East of England.

July 2008

TIR secures its first direct contract with the Learning & Skills Council, to deliver NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualifications through the Train to Gain scheme. Contracted regions include Yorkshire & Humber, North West and the East of England

TIR secures a contract with Hull College, to deliver NVQ Level 2 Qualifications through the government backed scheme: Train to Gain.

TIR secures a contract with The Training Exchange Ltd, to deliver NVQ Level 2 Qualifications through the government backed scheme: Train to Gain.

TIR secures a contract with A4e Ltd, to deliver LGV training to their ‘New Deal’ beneficiaries seeking a career in the logistics industry.

November 2006

TIR Training Services Ltd is sold to The DEFLOG VQ Trust Ltd and moves its offices to Beverley, East Yorkshire.

March 2006

In partnership with another local training provider, TIR secures European Social Funding to deliver Class C and Class C + E Licence Training to job seekers in and across East Yorkshire and Humberside.

April 2005
