Paul originally led a Management Buy In of TIR in April 2005. With a wealth of Managerial, Marketing and Sales expertise Paul completed his degree and spent 4 years working in Marketing, employed by an international company specialising in home automation systems. Paul's desire to move into a sales environment lead him into recruitment, joining Ellis Fairbank plc in 2003.
Shah has been involved in Logistics Training since leaving the Army in 2000, although not from a logistics or training background, he quickly adapted to the roll when offered a position with DefLog VQ Trust in June 2001.
Tim has 8 years experience managing business to business relationships, designing products and services to help businesses in a wide range of industries grow and fulfil their goals.
Pauline has a successful project management and development track record having spent almost 10 years working in Further Education and some time in the private sector before joining TIR in March 2009. During her career Pauline has been involved in the development of services to meet the needs of a wide range of customers, including workforce development and services to business, unemployed adults and young people.
Kenny has been with the business since August 2008 and has a wealth of experience in the work based learning sector, specifically construction having spent time with Alfred McAlpine Training Services, Hargreaves Training Services and Yorkshire Training Services. Most recently, employed by Daniel Contractors Ltd as Training Manager, overseeing the ongoing training of 1500+ employees.
