Pauline Mitchell - Strategic Development Manager

My job is so varied but usually involves me working on the finer details of our new projects. Working alongside Paul, Tim and Shah I also have to make sure we don't miss any opportunities to get funding for our clients as well as project manage things like the build of our mobile training unit (coming 2011 and very excited about it!). I work closely with the Skills Funding Agency, colleges and other stakeholders to make sure we are teamed up with the right organisations in the public sector right across the UK.
