Pauline Mitchell - Strategic Development Manager

Pauline has a successful project management and development track record having spent almost 10 years working in Further Education and some time in the private sector before joining TIR in March 2009. During her career Pauline has been involved in the development of services to meet the needs of a wide range of customers, including workforce development and services to business, unemployed adults and young people.

Her role as Strategic Development Manager sees Pauline with responsibility for managing commissioning and tendering, partnership development and tracking policy changes and developments to ensure we are ready to respond.
