I have over 40 trainers looking after thousands of learners across the UK and Germany. My job is to make sure anyone that undertakes a course gets the best learning experience they can. I spend most of my time visiting our various learning centres working with each training team on standardisation and making sure we are delivering on our commitments to clients and funding bodies.
