Dennis Distribution have worked with TIR Training Services during the last 12 months, delivering Digital Tachograph training, DGV level 2 and 3 NVQ's and Traffic Office level 2 NVQ's. Their team worked around our operational requirements causing minimal disruption to the business.

From initial contact by the assessors with the drivers, they have worked in a professional and timely manner, offering advice and guidance on the qualification and other transport logistics related topics such as health and safety, defensive driving and safe and fuel efficient driving.

Their experience in the logistics industry is clear as they understand that we can't afford downtime for our drivers and as a result they have tailored a course specifically to meet our needs including the DGV NVQ levels 2 and 3, SAFED Instructor and Manual Handling at the same time working around our commitments. TIR have been our training partner of choice for over 5 years now. I find their staff helpful, efficient, and most importantly, reliable. They have a very flexible approach, which is extremely important bearing in mind we have working patterns we need to adhere to, in addition to keeping our staff fully trained.

We use TIR for all of our Fork Truck and Lorry Mounted Crane training across the group and we also put all of our regional trainees through their LGV licences with TIR. Most recently we have also signed up a number of our staff on NVQ programmes through the 'Train to Gain' scheme. As this offer was funded by the government we were very keen to put our guys through their paces, and we are hoping to see positive results by the end of the programme. TIR offer a high quality service at a reasonable price and I would certainly recommend them as a training partner.
