Customer Service

Aim:

Enable drivers to recognise and apply the principles of an appropriate and effective level of customer service.

Course Objectives:

  • State the purpose of a Service Level Agreement
  • Identify the different types of customer
  • Understand their responsibilities for personal standards and individual responsibilities
  • Identify the various methods of communication
  • Set the procedures for dealing with complaints

Assessment:

A written assessment at the end of the course

Certification:

On completion of the course a certificate of attendance will be issued to all candidates and their details will be recorded on the Driving Standard Agency Database (as required by legislation). Candidates who pass the written assessment will receive a certificate of achievement from TIR Training Service Limited.

It will emphasise the importance of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
