NVQ / Apprenticeships

In August 2008 TIR Training Services secured government funding under the Train to Gain scheme. This means we can offer employers FREE training in three different areas:

• DRIVING
• WAREHOUSING
• TRAFFIC OFFICE/ADMINISTRATION

Each of your staff that undertake the training would receive the nationally recognised NVQ Level 2/3 qualification.

NVQ Benefits to Company: 

• Training is delivered on your site - for drivers this may mean the cab of their vehicle
• There is no interruption to working patterns as our assessors will work the same shifts as your employees
• NVQ achievement can improve driver safety and fuel efficiency
• The NVQ programmes are available to all ages of employees
• Minimal or no cost to you the employer
• NVQ achievement aids staff retention through investing in their development
• NVQs help you confirm that your employees are working to nationally recognised standards and in line with your company procedures
